Bob Rankin graduated from the E.C.U. School of Art and has studied extensively throughout Europe and around the world.  He says his travels to over 40 countries influence his work.  He has exhibited nationally and internationally and has won numerous awards. Bob Rankin is a life-long resident of Raleigh, North Carolina where he continues to paint today.  This piece is typical of Rankin, with crisp colors and clean lines with metallic highlights.  It is signed lower right and appears to be in its original frame matted and mounted under acrylic.  Other works of Rankin’s sell in the thousands of dollars.  A Too perfect opportunity to own an original work by a listed artist at an entry level price.
